ECU Department of Laupus Health Sciences Library is currently seeking several Student Computer Lab Assistants to provide support to patrons in the William E. Laupus Health Sciences Library computer lab.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Being the first line of support for ECU students in the computer lab
  • Large format poster printing, 3D printing
  • Communicating professionally with student, faculty, and staff patrons
  • Basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning of computer lab equipment.
  • Qualified applicants should have the availability to provide lab coverage for the needed shifts as well as flexibility otherwise, to help provide lab coverage on an as-needed basis.
GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0 Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Qualified applicants should have a good working knowledge of the Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.) as well as navigating the Windows and macOS operating systems.
