Position Overview

The Computer Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, implementing, and supporting enterprise information systems used throughout the Department of Defense. Working as part of a collaborative technical team, you will provide systems analysis, technical consultation, troubleshooting, process improvement, and customer support while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity and operational requirements.

The position requires an individual who possesses excellent analytical skills, outstanding customer service, and the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and enjoys working on a wide variety of technologies and enterprise initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing computer systems and recommend improvements to increase performance, efficiency, reliability, and security.

  • Evaluate business and technical requirements to develop practical and scalable technology solutions.

  • Provide advanced technical support for enterprise Microsoft technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Exchange Online.

  • Support endpoint management, device provisioning, software deployment, and enterprise mobility initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, and application issues across multiple enterprise environments.

  • Assist with system implementation, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and system diagrams.

  • Coordinate with government customers, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for recurring technical problems.

  • Support enterprise modernization initiatives involving cloud technologies, Zero Trust architecture, identity management, and collaboration platforms.

  • Maintain compliance with Department of Defense security policies, configuration standards, and cybersecurity requirements.

  • Assist with testing new technologies before enterprise deployment.

  • Participate in technical meetings, project planning sessions, and operational briefings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service while supporting executive-level personnel and mission-critical operations.
