High Profile is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize the organization’s HR technology environment. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to ensure system effectiveness, data integrity, automation, and an excellent employee experience.The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR technology leader with strong analytical skills, enterprise HRIS experience, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and optimize the organization’s enterprise HRIS and integrated HR applications
  • Oversee system configuration, workflows, security, upgrades, testing, and releases
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics
  • Lead HRIS implementations, enhancements, integrations, and system projects
  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Drive automation, AI integration, process improvements, and adoption of self-service tools
  • Provide system support and training to HR teams and employees
  • Manage vendors and project timelines, including UAT and change management
  • Lead, coach, and develop HRIS team members
