Raytheon is seeking an experienced Electrical or Computer Engineer to grow our work in advanced data analytics specifically towards Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance applications. Successful applicants should demonstrate the ability to work in small teams, develop training curriculums, and help grow early career engineers in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Probabilistic/Stochastic, and advanced signal processing topics.

What You Will Do

  • Guide our AI/ML development program to grow AI/ML skills in our engineering workforce. Academic credentials/experience required in instruction of engineering or computer science related topics to help develop and curate AI/ML training curriculum.

  • Develop, oversee, and collaborate on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance methods across multiple observable types: imagery, radar, and radio frequency data. Apply statistical and AI/ML methods to ISR problems.

  • Develop models of payload models based on knowledge of radio frequency hardware and computer hardware (BSEE/Computer Engineering background desired).


What You Will Learn

  • Candidate will grow their object discrimination and probabilistic reasoning skills applied to data sets.

  • Candidate will learn about modeling various observable phenomena such as radio emissions and link budgets to guide discrimination and identification approaches.


Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 118,300 USD - 224,900 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
