Job Summary:
Netrix Global, an award-winning provider of cybersecurity and IT services, is seeking a Computer Support Analyst II. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to clients and internal teams, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring the functionality of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
โ€ข Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of computer systems.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, networks, applications, and peripherals.
โ€ข Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and secure.
โ€ข Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
โ€ข Create and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
โ€ข Train end-users on new hardware and software applications.

Qualifications:
Required:
