We are seeking a Multimedia Training Developer / Graphic Designer to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. This position will design, produce, and maintain high-quality interactive training content supporting military technical systems, with particular emphasis on electrical systems, maintenance procedures, technical manuals, and computer-based training (CBT). The role combines graphic design, instructional media development, photography, video production, and eLearning authoring to convert complex engineering and maintenance information into clear, engaging, and technically accurate training products. This role requires in-person support. Duties: * Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality instructional videos and photographs of military electrical systems, assemblies, components, and maintenance procedures. * Design, develop, and maintain interactive CBT modules and digital learning products tailored for military personnel who operate and maintain technical electrical systems. * Translate complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, maintenance procedures, and technical manuals into clear, accurate, and visually effective 2D/3D graphics, animations, interfaces, and learning assets. * Collaborate closely with engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, and technical personnel to ensure all content is technically accurate, instructionally effective, and aligned to mission needs. * Develop training products that support classroom, self-paced, and digital delivery environments, including multimedia elements for interactive and intuitive instruction. * Support the preparation and refinement of technical manuals, SOPs, test procedures, and related documentation used as source material or companion products for training. * Ensure training materials comply with applicable DoD instructional standards and are developed for compatibility with military Learning Management Systems, including SCORM-compliant delivery when required by the customer. * Review and update training materials to improve clarity, consistency, usability, and instructional effectiveness in accordance with customer feedback and evolving technical baselines. This aligns with the SOW's requirement to review training materials for accuracy and improve efficacy. * Support development of interactive electronic technical manuals and other multimedia-based technical content using nonproprietary, widely adopted delivery technologies, consistent with the SOW's IETM requirements. * Maintain strict compliance with requirements for handling Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive technical data throughout the development process. * Assist in the development of briefings, visual aids, and informational products supporting training, technical communication, and customer engagement. Desired Education: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, Game Design, Computer Graphics, Communications, Photography, or a related field. Desired Experience: * 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia development, eLearning, or CBT creation. * Demonstrated experience designing and producing interactive training materials that combine text, graphics, video, photography, and animation. * Advanced proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent multimedia authoring and design platforms. * Proven ability to read, interpret, and visually represent technical manuals, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and maintenance procedures. * Strong video production and editing skills, including experience planning shoots, capturing technical imagery, and editing polished instructional content. * Strong visual communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into effective training media. * Ability to work effectively with engineers, instructors, logisticians, and other technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Must be eligible to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and obtain required security clearances in accordance with mission needs. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience developing training materials for the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or defense contractors. * Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Blender, Maya, or similar platforms for technical equipment visualization. * Familiarity with military maintenance procedures, troubleshooting workflows, electrical safety protocols, and technical training delivery. * Experience supporting technical manuals, IETMs, or multimedia-enabled maintenance and operator documentation. * Familiarity with SCORM, LMS integration, and digital course packaging standards. * Experience supporting training products derived from engineering source data, technical procedures, and configuration-controlled documentation.
