Job Description
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fully operational facility while delivering high-quality guest experience. This role oversees the maintenance and repair of entertainment equipment, bowling systems, arcade games, audio-visual systems, and general building infrastructure. The Facilities Supervisor ensures all systems are operating efficiently and responds quickly to equipment failures and facility-related concerns to minimize downtime and maximize guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of arcade games.
  • Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
  • Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
  • Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance tasks with plumbing, bowling, and game room.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for presentations and events.
  • Assist with the technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations. Ensure that all maintenance work is conducted safely and in compliance with local building codes.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address any facility-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety hazards, to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
