Job description

We are looking for a highly organized and reliable administrative assistant to join our team in Bloomfield. Responsibilities include handling customer files, filing orders and quotes, maintaining order tracking; back up phone assistance, handling customer questions and order taking. Must have strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to handle more than one task at a time. Basic computer knowledge is also required.
