Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Administrative Assistant for an on-site temporary opportunity supporting a busy construction and field operations team in Bickleton, WA. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or blue-collar environment.
The Field Administrative Assistant will play an important role in keeping site operations organized, accurate, and moving efficiently. Candidates can expect a team-oriented field environment with supportive project leadership, daily interaction with field personnel, and the opportunity to contribute directly to workforce coordination, onboarding, payroll support, safety documentation, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, workforce tracking logs, and personnel updates.
- Support employee onboarding, I-9 documentation, site orientation, and related administrative processes.
- Process weekly timecards and assist with payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Track attendance, resources, dispatches, employee updates, and field activity records.
- Maintain site records, safety training documentation, and compliance-related files.
- Provide general administrative support and basic IT assistance for the field team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $28 to $30 per hour.
- Location: Bickleton, WA 99322.
- Work arrangement: On-site.
