Position Overview: Qk4 is seeking a technical and design-oriented Landscape Architect to work in a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit a passion for design problem-solving and project implementation. This is a role for someone who thrives in both worlds: seeing the big picture, then rolling up their sleeves to bring it to life through detailed, high-quality CAD design.
As part of our Civil/Site team, you will shape innovative projects, contribute ideas, solve complex challenges, and create spaces that are both functional and impactful. Key Responsibilities
• Support projects from concept through completionContribute to site design development from early ideas through final plans-bringing both creativity and technical precision to the work.
• Turn ideas into buildable designsDevelop conceptual layouts and detailed CAD drawings for commercial and industrial sites.
• Collaborate with a strong, tight-knit teamWork closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to solve challenges and deliver high-quality results.
• Apply technical insight and attention to detailHelp refine designs, identify potential issues early, and ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Education & Experience Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program
• with civil site/land development
• 5-10 years' expereince working in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Strong technical design skills in grading, drainage and construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3-D
• Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
