Position Overview: Qk4 is seeking a technical and design-oriented Landscape Architect to work in a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit a passion for design problem-solving and project implementation. This is a role for someone who thrives in both worlds: seeing the big picture, then rolling up their sleeves to bring it to life through detailed, high-quality CAD design.
As part of our Civil/Site team, you will shape innovative projects, contribute ideas, solve complex challenges, and create spaces that are both functional and impactful. Key Responsibilities
Support projects from concept through completionContribute to site design development from early ideas through final plans-bringing both creativity and technical precision to the work.
Turn ideas into buildable designsDevelop conceptual layouts and detailed CAD drawings for commercial and industrial sites.
Collaborate with a strong, tight-knit teamWork closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to solve challenges and deliver high-quality results.
Apply technical insight and attention to detailHelp refine designs, identify potential issues early, and ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Education & Experience Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program
• with civil site/land development
• 5-10 years' expereince working in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Strong technical design skills in grading, drainage and construction documents
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3-D
• Ability to effectively manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
