Job description

Systems Admin

This role is located in Orlando and is fully on site.

*This role is going to move very fast so we can not accept people that are currently working. They would need to be able to start ASAP. They want to bring someone on a Month to Month basis and will either extend them or let them go at the end of the month based on performance. Please let them know this before submitting them to me. Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Support SharePoint structure changes, user provisioning, and permission configurations.
  • Manage Azure and Entra ID: identity governance, conditional access, and PIM settings.
  • Align infrastructure with Microsoft security baselines and regulatory frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC 2).
  • Optimize Microsoft licensing and automate assignments, deprovisioning, and usage analysis.
  • Serve as a liaison with Microsoft on licensing, compliance, and roadmap updates.
  • Configure and manage multitenant environments and cross-tenant collaboration setups.
  • Partner with MSP vendors to uphold SLA performance and manage escalated issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft cloud environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years experience as a Systems Admin supporting Microsoft enterprise
  • Strong experience with Azure for AD, Access, and Settings.
  • Sharepoint admin experience

Pluses:

  • Strong PowerShell and scripting skills
  • Kubernetes experience
