Job description

Vos responsabilités

Vous serez responsable de la stabilité, de la performance, de la sécurité et de l’évolution des infrastructures technologiques de la Ville. Vous administrerez les serveurs, les réseaux, les services infonuagiques, les solutions de cybersécurité et les environnements Microsoft. Vous assurerez un soutien de haut niveau à l’équipe TI et collaborerez activement à la mise en œuvre de projets numériques structurants pour l’ensemble des services municipaux.

  • Renforcer la cybersécurité des infrastructures critiques TI et OT
  • Moderniser et stabiliser les environnements technologiques


Sur votre plan de travail

Infrastructures TI

  • vous administrerez les serveurs physiques et virtuels (VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux);
  • vous gérerez les services infonuagiques (Microsoft 365, Azure, sauvegardes infonuagiques, etc.);
  • vous maintiendrez l’environnement Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO et autres services d’infrastructures;
  • vous surveillerez, diagnostiquerez et optimiserez la performance des systèmes.

Réseaux et sécurité

  • administrerez les équipements réseau (commutateurs, routeurs, pare-feu, Wi-Fi);
  • vous gérerez les VPN, VLAN, pares-feux (FortiGate, Cisco ou l’équivalent) et les outils de détection et de prévention des failles technologiques;
  • vous participerez à la mise en œuvre des politiques de sécurité de l’information;
  • vous mettrez en place des sauvegardes, des plans de reprise et des tests de continuité (PCA/PRI).

Soutien technique avancé

  • vous fournirez un soutien de 2e et 3e niveau aux techniciens et aux utilisateurs en cas d’incidents complexes;
  • vous documenterez les configurations, procédures et interventions;
  • vous automatiserez les tâches récurrentes (PowerShell, scripts divers).

Projets et amélioration continue

  • vous participerez à l’analyse, à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de projets TI (mises à jour, migrations, déploiements);
  • vous évaluerez de nouvelles technologies, proposerez des améliorations et contribuerez aux orientations technologiques;
  • vous collaborerez avec les consultants, fournisseurs et partenaires externes.

  • vous effectuerez les tâches connexes en lien avec l’emploi.

Vous avez le bon bagage et le profil que l'on recherche si vous : 

  • détenez un diplôme d’études collégiales (D.E.C.) en technologie de l’information, spécialisation réseautique ou autre discipline pertinente;
  • possédez un minimum de trois (3) ans d’expérience en administration de systèmes et de réseaux;
  • avez de l’expérience dans un environnement Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualisation et sécurité;
  • êtes certifié Microsoft: Administrateur Azure / Serveur Windows / M365 (un atout);
  • êtes certifié CompTIA Network+ (Réseautique), CompTIA Security+ (Sécurité), Fortinet NSE (ex. NSE 4 – Infrastructure Sécurisée) E, VMware VCP (Professionnel certifié VMware), etc. (un atout);
  • faites preuve de rigueur technique et sens aigu du service à la clientèle;
  • avez la capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à travailler sous pression;
  • possédez un esprit d’équipe, de l’autonomie et un souci du détail;
  • avez le sens des priorités et la capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
