Impact Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in San Jose, California. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will take on a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Continuously evaluating the progress of patients and implementing tailored interventions to support their mental health treatment goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records, using various healthcare technologies in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to co-create and refine comprehensive treatment plans.
• Facilitating referrals and building effective relationships with community resources and healthcare providers to enhance patient support and care.
• Providing mentorship and clinical education for students, interns, and other team members under the direction of the clinical supervisor.

Applicants for the LCSW position must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport easily with patients and colleagues.
• Physical ability to conduct activities such as standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health clinic setting is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy or diverse clinical environments will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in using telehealth platforms will also be advantageous.

Impact Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills.
