Description: 
The candidate will support the CMS Compliance Support for Multiple Models (CSMM) contract. In support of this contract, RELI provides extensive compliance, monitoring, auditing, participant vetting, and data analytics support for four value-based care alternative payment models (APMs) encompassing both primary care and specialized clinical domains. On this contract, we develop and implement strategic compliance plans, methodological approaches, and standard operating procedures to drive improvements, innovation, and efficiencies in healthcare. RELI’s work on CSMM verifies provider groups participating in the models comply with all participation agreement and/or final rule requirements; and extends to the development and implementation of a multi-dimensional risk framework tool to proactively identify and investigate potential and actual risks within and across the four APMs. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct auditing and monitoring activities in support of innovative healthcare models
  • Support development of Excel based trackers
  • Draft, update, and review task specific reports, templates, and procedure documents
  • Support Project Management Office team with project level services

Requirements: 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3rd or final year of college or in graduate school with focus in business, health policy, public health, economics, accounting, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of 25 hours per week availability
