The Bid Compliance Coordinator supports the preparation and submission of bid packages by organizing documents, tracking deadlines, maintaining records, and ensuring all required forms and supporting materials are complete and submitted on time. This role involves extensive document review, data organization, follow-up with internal departments, and coordination of bid-related administrative tasks. Training will be provided.
