Compliance Operations Manager - Full Time (Temporary)

Rate: $82,555.20/Year

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm

Assignment End Date: Mid July-August

The Compliance Operations Manager provides administrative and operational support to the Compliance team, ensuring accurate tracking, auditing, and reporting of compliance initiatives. This on-site role supports onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains compliance documentation, and partners with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Track, manage, and maintain compliance data using Smartsheet, Excel, and internal systems. 
  • Capture, audit, and report compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with company standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring timely completion and documentation of required compliance steps.
  • Verify onboarding and separation records, including training, certifications, system access, and required acknowledgements.
  • Navigate employee portals and internal systems to support compliance verification and recordkeeping.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, reports, and presentations for compliance reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Communicate with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and clients regarding compliance status, requests, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking. 
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support for special compliance initiatives and process improvement efforts.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or higher required OR 2 years of professional person management experience.
  • Professional data entry or data analytics experience required.
  • Advanced computer skills needed - proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and data management software (Smartsheet).
  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced work environments including in high pressure situations.
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong time management and organization skills required.
  • Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning, organizing, and leadership skills.
