Job description

Social Account Director

We are looking for a Social Account Director who will play a leading role in social & content delivery across complex accounts within the agency and support the growth of our Miami‑based office. This pivotal role sits within the Social Partner team, based in London, responsible for delivering high‑quality, innovative social content for our clients through collaboration with Creative, Production, Performance and Strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact on large retained social accounts, building strong relationships and managing difficult situations with senior clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and stakeholders across complex projects and campaigns.
  • Lead and present strategic and creative thinking, positioning yourself as a consultant and guardian of best‑in‑class innovative content.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of large accounts and complex projects, ensuring agility, clarity, quality control and proactive account health.
  • Manage large teams, act as the client escalation point when necessary, and drive commercial growth in partnership with the Growth team.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues across disciplines (performance, creative, etc.) on proposals, pitches and other business development activities.
  • Take ownership of commercial targets and motivate core team members to meet and exceed them.
RequirementsMust‑Haves
  • Agency experience at an Account Director level or equivalent Social & content background.
  • Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Strong eye for best‑practice delivery and an ability to evaluate strategy success and evolution.
  • Confident, consultative approach with senior clients.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to interface with internal specialists and external stakeholders.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Influencer experience.
  • Experience working with global clients.
