From agriculture to energy to weather intelligence, our proprietary Operational Decisioning Platform transforms raw data into decision-grade insightsโ€”enabling companies to optimize supply chains, ensure market stability, and safeguard infrastructure against disruption. We donโ€™t follow trendsโ€”we set the standard for precision, trust, and operational impact. DTN is at an exciting inflection point. Building off a foundation of financial strength, profitability, and industry trust, weโ€™re accelerating growth and expanding our global footprint. Our purpose-built solutionsโ€”powered by AI and honed by decades of vertical expertiseโ€”are helping some of the worldโ€™s most significant enterprises thrive amid operational constraints and uncover new opportunities in a fast-changing world. Job Description: DTN is transforming agriculture through a unified intelligence platform that combines proprietary agricultural data, market intelligence, analytics, AI, and workflow solutions to help agribusinesses make smarter commercial and operational decisions. DTN is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Intelligence Products to lead strategy and execution for our upstream intelligence portfolio, with primary ownership of Farm Intelligence while partnering across grain and sustainability intelligence solutions. This senior individual contributor role will shape how customers discover opportunities, prioritize actions, and make better decisions through data, analytics, and AI-powered insights. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Commercial teams to define the future of DTN's intelligence platform.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for DTN's upstream intelligence portfolio
  • Lead customer discovery efforts with agribusinesses, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to uncover high-value problems and market opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial agriculture, customer decision-making processes, and data-driven business outcomes
  • Leverage customer research, product telemetry, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for differentiated intelligence products
  • Make strategic prioritization decisions by balancing customer needs, commercial opportunity, technical trade-offs, and long-term platform strategy
  • Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities in AI, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and decision-support capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver scalable, data-driven software products
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Commercial Leadership to support successful product launches, adoption, and customer value realization
  • Define and monitor success metrics across product adoption, customer engagement, business impact, and revenue growth
  • Use experimentation, customer feedback, and product analytics to continuously improve product performance
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, predictive analytics, machine learning, and emerging technologies to enhance customer decision-making
What You Will Bring to the Position
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience leading complex B2B SaaS products
  • Proven experience owning products from strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, data-rich, and rapidly evolving environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, commercial opportunity, and long-term strategy
  • Experience building data-intensive software products involving analytics, APIs, integrations, data visualization, or AI-enabled capabilities
  • Strong understanding of product analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and evidence-based product decision-making
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences
  • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive alignment without direct authority
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Experience incorporating AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or intelligent recommendations into customer-facing products
  • Experience in agriculture, ag-tech, market intelligence, business intelligence, GIS, or decision-support software
  • Familiarity with agricultural retail, crop inputs, grain markets, sustainability, precision agriculture, or agronomic workflows
  • Experience building products leveraging geospatial data, predictive models, customer segmentation, or AI-driven insights
  • Understanding of commercial agriculture, agricultural data ecosystems, or B2B analytics platforms
What You Can Expect from DTN
  • Competitive Salary
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Flexible working hours
  • Remote work model (position dependent)
  • Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans
  • 6% 401K matching
  • Unlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
