A career as an Internal Business Development Manager - Mortgage Brokerage within the Mortgage Solutions team at National Bank means acting as a business development specialist. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your market strategy, coaching and influencing skills. Your role With partner mortgage brokers: Provide support by answering their questions by email and, when needed, supporting them through coaching Develop and roll out coaching initiatives and process improvement Maximize National Bank’s visibility, notably through our Facebook page Influence the referral of mortgage files to National Bank Share and standardize best practices across the network Maintain competitive intelligence and share strategic information with stakeholders Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend actions to take Your team You report directly to the Associate Vice-President, Mortgage Business Development.
