The Financial Systems Centre of Excellence within the Financial and Actuarial Services Vice Presidency is looking for an authentic and inspiring leader with a strong sense of ownership to oversee the production, integrity, and business intelligence of financial systems. In a constantly evolving environment, you will contribute to the performance of strategic systems while supporting a talented team in its growth and success.

What you'll accomplish with us
As Manager, Production, Integrity and Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 10 to 15 professionals dedicated to the operational support of financial systems.
  • Ensuring team performance, engagement, talent development, and overall well-being.
  • Managing all people-related activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
  • Providing high-quality Level 2 support to internal partners and meeting their expectations.
  • Managing critical incidents by assessing severity, prioritizing actions, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Leading, maintaining, and optimizing financial processes and systems to ensure reliable, scalable, and compliant services and tools.
  • Supporting the implementation of new financial modules, systems, and processes.
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service effectiveness and system health.
  • Contributing to and evolving the governance of financial systems.
  • Actively participating in committees and meetings related to the mandates under your responsibility.
  • Promoting the identification of inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement of work methods.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in a role related to financial systems, including at least 3 years of management experience.
  • Is recognized for their authentic, people-centered, and engaging leadership style.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and takes full accountability for team and business outcomes.
  • Is curious, learns quickly, and adapts easily in a complex and constantly changing environment.
  • Can engage and mobilize teams through transformation while maintaining a healthy, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
  • Builds trust quickly and establishes strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Places great importance on people development, active listening, and supporting team members in their growth.
  • Has relevant experience in the insurance and financial products industry (an asset).
  • Has an intermediate level of proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, due to daily interactions with English- and French-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada and the United States.
