We are looking for Field Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our team in this exciting new area of business. Working in a hybrid work environment and reporting into a Team Manager, Field Sales & Marketing, your primary responsibility is to generate sales and drive revenue growth for Xplore by promoting Xplore’s products and services directly to potential residential customers within your designated territory.

As an ambassador of Xplore, your role is to quickly establish rapport with customers and achieve assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, relationship-focused, technology-loving individual with an understanding of the telecommunications industry and be motivated to achieve targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to significantly impact our company's growth and success.

Key responsibilities include: Engage in proactive door to door outreach within your assigned territory to identify potential customers, generating leads and ultimately converting them into revenue-generating opportunities Develop a deep understanding of Xplore’s products and services, the features and benefits, and articulate Xplore’s competitive advantage Effectively communicate pricing, packages, and promotions to potential customers Process orders and document customer requests Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or other designated systems Report intelligence collected in the field such as brand information and competitive intelligence to your Team Manager Continuously enhance your sales skills and product knowledge; ability to translate that knowledge into tailored solutions for the customers The ideal candidate will possess: 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is an asset Knowledge of broadband services, telecommunications infrastructure, and related technologies Proven ability to meet or exceed targets Persuasive skills, outgoing, friendly, confident – a relationship builder with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively in face-to-face interactions Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Strong presentation and negotiation skills Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment Working knowledge of computer and web based technologies – Microsoft 365 Ability to travel during the assigned work schedule; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required What’s in it for you?
