Job description

Tu rejoins l'equipe Recherche et intelligence de donnees pour transformer la recherche utilisateur et l'analytique en decisions produit claires. Tu t'immerges dans l'univers des clients, comprends leurs enjeux et sais extraire des donnees qualitatives et quantitatives pour les traduire en insights actionnables. Grace a tes bonnes questions et a une ecoute active, tu captes les nuances qui orientent les choix de produit. Ton influence s'exerce autant en phase de decouverte que d'optimisation continue, en etroite collaboration avec les directeurs de produit, les designers et les developpeurs.
Au quotidien, tu elabores des plans de recherche fondes sur des methodes eprouvees, puis tu instrumentes la mesure et suis la performance des produits (activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion) afin d'identifier et de prioriser les meilleures opportunites d'amelioration.
TON QUOTIDIEN
  • Tu accompagnes les clients dans leur evolution numerique et participes au diagnostic des besoins strategiques;
  • Tu menes des etudes qualitatives et quantitatives (recherche documentaire, pilotage d'entrevues, traitement de donnees, animation d'ateliers, etc.) et traduis les resultats en insights actionnables;
  • Tu analyses la performance des produits et maintiens des tableaux de bord permettant le suivi de la performance pour atteindre les objectifs fixes;
  • Tu influences les produits aupres des clients et des equipes de design, produits et developpement, identifiant des tendances qui te permettront d'emettre des recommandations;
  • Tu soutiens l'organisation avec de la veille sur les technologies et du marketing numerique (audits SEO, strategie de contenu, optimisation de la conversion, etc.);
  • Tu planifies et suis l'avancement des activites de recherche, geres le budget et la portee, et communiques les risques/decisions aux parties prenantes.
CE QU'IL TE FAUT
  • Tu as plus de 5 ans d'experience en gestion de produits numeriques et en recherche de marche;
  • Tu es bilingue, communiquant clairement en francais et en anglais et sais vulgariser pour des audiences variees;
  • Tu as de l'experience avec toutes les activites qui peuvent te permettre une meilleure comprehension de l'utilisateur ou d'un produit (analytiques, sondages, entrevues, groupes de discussion, benchmark, etc.);
  • Tu mets a profit l'intelligence artificielle dans tes activites de recherche;
  • Tu es a l'aise avec des outils de visualisation (tels que Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) et d'outils d'analytique (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.);
  • Tu comprends les differentes disciplines du marketing numerique (SEO, SEM, optimisation des taux de clics, e-commerce, etc.);

You're joining the Research and Data Intelligence Team to turn user research and analytics into decisive product outcomes. You immerse yourself in clients' contexts, understand their challenges, and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable insights. Through sharp questioning and active listening, you surface the nuances that inform smart product choices. Your impact spam discovery and continuous optimization, collaborating closely with product owners, designers, and developers.

Day-to-day, you design rigorous research plans, instrument analytics, and track product performance across activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion to uncover and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- You support clients in their digital evolution and help diagnose strategic opportunities and gaps.
- You plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (desk research, interviews, surveys, workshops, etc.) and synthesize findings, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- You analyze product performance and own dashboards that enable ongoing monitoring against objectives and KPIs.
- You influence product direction with clients and with design, product, and engineering teams, identifying trends that allow you to make recommendations.
- You contribute to technology and competitive intelligence, as well as digital marketing initiatives (SEO audits, content strategy, conversion optimization, etc.).
- You plan and track research activities, manage scope and budget, and communicate risks, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED
- You have more than 5 years of experience in digital product management and market research.
- You are bilingual in French and English and can tailor your messaging for varied audiences.
- You have hands-on experience across methods that deepen user and product understanding (analytics, surveys, interviews, focus groups, benchmarking, etc.).
- You leverage AI in your research activities.
- You are comfortable with data visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- You understand digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, CRO, e-commerce, etc.).
- You demonstrate methodological rigour, strong research ethics, and deep user empathy.
- You efficiently manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- You are willing to travel occasionally within and outside Quebec.
