TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) expert(e) en intelligence artificielle ayant d'excellentes aptitudes techniques, d'excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre a profit ses competences au sein d'une equipe polyvalente. La personne retenue interviendra sur des besoins lies a l'analyse, l'experimentation, l'integration ou l'encadrement de solutions d'IA.

Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :

  • Analyser des besoins d'affaires pouvant etre soutenus par l'intelligence artificielle;
  • Recommander des approches IA pertinentes, securitaires et responsables;
  • Concevoir ou contribuer a des preuves de concept;
  • Soutenir l'integration de services IA dans des applications existantes;
  • Analyser les enjeux de donnees, securite, gouvernance et confidentialite;
  • Recommander des mecanismes de controle, validation et surveillance;
  • Documenter les choix technologiques, limites, risques et recommandations;
  • Collaborer avec les architectes, analystes, developpeurs et experts securite.

Requirements

  • Experience significative en intelligence artificielle ou apprentissage automatique;
  • Experience dans l'integration de solutions IA a des systemes applicatifs;
  • Bonne comprehension des enjeux de securite, confidentialite et gouvernance des donnees;
  • Experience avec Python;
  • Capacite a vulgariser des resultats et recommandations;
  • Rigueur dans la validation, la tracabilite et l'explicabilite des solutions;
  • Intelligence artificielle, apprentissage automatique et analyse de donnees;
  • Python et integration par API;
  • Gouvernance des donnees, securite et confidentialite;
  • Documentation technique et recommandations d'architecture;
  • Evaluation des risques, limites et biais potentiels des solutions IA;
  • Azure AI, Azure OpenAI ou service equivalent;
  • Microsoft Foundry, MLOps, NLP ou recherche semantique;
