Job description

The Antitrust & Competition practice is seeking associates with 3-6 years of experience and a demonstrated interest in antitrust law. The role offers exposure to complex transactional, investigatory, and litigation matters across a broad range of industries. Client Details This global law firm advises leading companies on their most complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Known for its rigorous legal analysis and high academic standards, the firm provides associates with early responsibility, collaboration across practices, and exposure to sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters. Description Advise clients on antitrust and competition laws, regulations, and compliance strategies. Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex litigation and regulatory matters.

Assist in preparing legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address antitrust and competition issues. Represent clients in antitrust investigations and litigation proceedings.

Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in antitrust and competition law. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal support.

Profile A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership. Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition laws and regulations. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Experience in litigation, regulatory matters, or corporate transactions is preferred. Job Offer Base salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 USD annually, based on JD year and other relevant factors. Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and retirement plans.
