BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Setting: Hybrid (In-Home + Telehealth)
Compensation: $65 โ€“ $95/hour (based on experience, availability, and caseload needs)

At Archways ABA, we focus on providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children and families throughout Missouri. We believe strong clinical care starts with supporting our team. Our goal is to create flexible, manageable caseloads while giving BCBAs the operational support they need to focus on clinical outcomes instead of administrative chaos.

We are currently hiring a BCBA in Springfield, Missouri to support our growing client base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and support RBTs/BTs

  • Provide caregiver training and support

  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers

  • Maintain compliance with BACB and insurance requirements

Qualifications:

Required

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Masterโ€™s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Experience with in-home ABA services

  • Experience with telehealth supervision

  • Multi-state licensure is a plus
