Job Description:
As a member of Human Resources, the Compensation Coordinator position is responsible for supporting strategic compensation and benefits initiatives and the deployment of innovative, competitive, and analytically driven compensation programs for CoxHealth. This role will be a key strategic partner for multiple business leaders with the responsibility of advising and consulting leaders on our compensation/benefits strategy and governance in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.Education:
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Preferred: Master's in Business or Healthcare Administration
Experience:
• Prior HR experience preferred
Skills:
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
• Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures.
• Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
