Job description

@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish,monitor, and own the build planofa large volume production facility.

  • Develop,maintain, and reconcile the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to customer demand (PO) and on-time delivery targets.

  • Adhere to 100% on-time delivery goals and escalate issues meeting schedule as needed.

  • Validate work order integrity before release for production, reviewing BOMs with or withoutadditionalsupport.

  • Forecast capacity and labor requirements based on customer demand.

  • Partner with multiple departments, warehouse, supply chain, engineering, program management, sales, and manufacturing operations to ensure material readiness, capacity availability, and schedule alignment.

  • Responsible for all materials for production from release to purge.

  • Adhere to WIP inventory metrics and adhere to monthly goals.

  • Identifybottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues.

  • Communicate risks, schedule impacts, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

  • Develop and document standard work procedures for planning processes.

  • Support training efforts and be a subject matter expert in production planning processes and tools.

  • Identifyimprovement opportunities in the planning process.

  • Comply withall company policies, regulations, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics,engineeringor related field.Industrial Engineering degree preferred. May be considered with equivalent years of work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience inproductionenvironment.
  • High level speaking, reading, writingproficiency.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, advanced Excel skills

  • Detail oriented withabilitytomaintainrecords and communication usingemail,spreadsheets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in standard office settings, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding.

  • Ability to work as business needs require, which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training.
