Compensation: $25โ€“$30/hour ($52,000โ€“$62,000 annually)

About My Education Solutions (MES)
At My Education Solutions (MES), our mission is simple but powerful:
We help clients successfully manage their student loan debt through counseling, enrollment, and administrative support for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programsโ€”so they can live the life they envisioned when they chose to further their education.
We are a fast-paced, results-driven organization that values ownership, growth, and results. We are looking for leaders who thrive on responsibility and take pride in building and managing high-performing teams.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equally strong with people, process, and performance.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring all client processesโ€”especially payment management and program executionโ€”are handled with precision and accountability. This role requires someone who is a true leader, comfortable managing all facets of a team, including coaching, accountability, and, when necessary, termination.
A critical component of success in this role is strong proficiency in Zoho Modules and CRM. You will use Zoho to manage workflows, track KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Is a natural people person and influencer, and enjoys leading others
  • Is comfortable holding a team accountable to clear KPIs and performance standards
  • Can confidently manage the full employee lifecycle (coaching, performance management, and termination when needed)
  • Thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and high-accountability environment
  • Uses systems, technology, and data (especially Zoho) to drive decisions and results

What Youโ€™ll Do
Team Leadership amp; Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, and terminations when necessary
  • Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
KPI amp; Performance Management
  • Set, track, and enforce team KPIs using Zoho CRM dashboards and reporting tools
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the team
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
Client amp; Financial Operations
  • Oversee client communication regarding programs and payments
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing, collection, and reporting of all client payments
  • Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
Oversight, Auditing amp; Compliance
  • Monitor and audit payment activity, collections, and vendor disbursements
  • Ensure all processes are compliant, accurate, and completed within required timelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
Process Improvement amp; Systems Management
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutionsโ€”especially within Zoho workflows and automation
  • Optimize systems to improve tracking, reporting, and operational visibility
  • Lead special projects and internal audits

What Weโ€™re Looking For
We are seeking a strong leader who is both people-focused and results-driven.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Compliance, Financial Services, or similar field
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (REQUIRED)
Core Competencies
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Comfortable holding employees accountable to performance standards and KPIs
  • Ability to make sound decisions regarding performance management, and terminations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive, time-sensitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Confident communicator, both internally and with clients
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to leverage Zoho modules and CRM to drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability
  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Why Join MES?
Benefits amp; Perks
  • Hybrid work schedule after training
  • 100% employer-paid medical benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • 2 weeks of earned PTO
  • AFLAC supplemental coverage
  • Opportunity to lead, grow, and make a direct impact on both clients and team members

Our Core Values
We hire and promote individuals who live our values every day:
  • Grow or Die โ€“ We are always improving
  • Find a Way โ€“ We solve problems, no excuses
  • Keep Commitments โ€“ We do what we say we will do
