  • Support the annual compensation planning cycle including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, as well as the administration of quarterly on-site performance bonuses, annual incentive payouts, and leasing commissions.
  • Conduct and participate in salary surveys, performing market pricing and benchmarking analyses for roles spanning corporate, property operations, maintenance, construction, and development functions
  • Support the design and maintenance of the company's job architecture framework, including job leveling, titling conventions, FLSA classifications, and salary grade structures
  • Prepare and present compensation analytics, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop competitive offer strategies and ensure internal equity when onboarding new hires

  • Advise HR Business Partners and hiring managers on compensation decisions, policy interpretation, and exception requests
  • Support the Director, Total Rewards on executive compensation matters, senior-level reporting, and special projects as needed
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation programs through cost modeling, turnover analysis, and ROI assessments, recommending enhancements where appropriate
  • Stay current on compensation trends in the multifamily and real estate investment industry, including regional labor market dynamics affecting property-level staffing
  • Assist with the implementation of a new human capital management system, ensuring compensation data structures, workflows, and reporting requirements are accurately configured.

Candidate Profile
