The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are happy to announce a full-time Workers' Compensation Claims Assistant position filled with many exciting opportunities! This role contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by
providing support to department leadership and claims staff to ensure the team is meeting performance standards and procedures.

  1. Updates payment records and identifies and escalates any unpaid invoices in the Legal Billing System.
  2. Sends electronic copies of internal files to Defense Counsel when requested.
  3. Sends out new and renewal packets for Policyholders and PEO clients, including WC posting notice, Intro letter, WC reporting guidelines, provider panels, and panel requirements for panel states.
  4. Receives incoming calls requesting claim status and updates; escalates as needed.
  5. Performs claim intake for all new OMP WC claims received via mail, email, or phone call. Pulls and provides to Adjuster all policy and claim documents related to claims. Provides Adjuster with Policyholder and Agency contact information.
  6. Reviews OMP claims for appropriate assignments and policies. Responds to claims emails with claim number and adjuster information on assigned claims. Escalates issues to Claims Supervisor or upper management where appropriate.
  7. Receives and distributes paper and electronic mail.
  8. Performs work in various systems and vendor sites; compiles various reports and documentation.

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of company services and products. One (1) year of workers’ compensation claims assistant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual preferred.
