This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.

This position at Booking Holdings (BHI) will play a critical role in supporting the Compensation team in providing best-in-class compensation policies, processes, and support to Booking Holdings leadership and employees.

The role is responsible for supporting assigned client groups with all compensation needs. The Senior Compensation Analyst will assist with the design and administration of compensation policies, contribute to the budget/forecast process in partnership with Finance, and evaluate and benchmark roles. This position plays a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compensation policies align with business goals.

In this role you will get to:

  • Conduct job evaluations using Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE) tool to determine appropriate salary grade

  • Evaluate and analyze market data, determine FLSA status, and maintain appropriate documentation regarding the review

  • Support HR Business Partners on compensation-related issues and work closely with Talent Acquisition in the offer process

  • Manage compensation planning, budget and forecast, and job evaluations and offers for assigned client groups

  • Evaluate market and economic trends to recommend adjustments to the company's compensation infrastructure including salary ranges, short & long term incentives, candidate offers and merit budgets

  • Manage various compensation projects from planning and implementation to execution. Projects include, but are not limited to new policies, salary analysis, and reorganizations

  • Assist with cross-brand projects by building relationships with Compensation Leads at our Centers of Excellence in Romania and India and supporting the Senior Compensation Manager with Booking Holdings Financial Services compensation needs in the US, Ireland, and the UK

What you have:

  • At least 3 years of Compensation experience

  • Experience with Mercer IPE is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with competing deadlines

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Customer focus

  • Proven ability to use discretion in dealing with confidential information

  • Knowledge of legislation impacting compensation (e.g. FLSA, pay transparency)

  • Experience with Google Suite is a plus

The base salary range for Connecticut and the NYC-metro area is $109,800-$134,200.
