Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What youโ€™ll do:The Rewards & Recognition Manager leads the strategy, governance, and execution of Eatonโ€™s global recognition and broad-based incentive programs, ensuring alignment to Eatonโ€™s Culture Model, pay-for-performance philosophy, and enterprise engagement priorities.
