Job description

Associate Dentist Opportunity

Have you spent a year or two in a corporate practice and realized what you don't want?

Wrapping up a GPR or residency and ready to actually practice dentistry?

Recently graduated (or about to) and looking for the right long-term home?

We have a rare associate opportunity at Merion Village Dental, a privately owned, fee-for-service family practice that's been serving central Ohio for over 50 years.

Why This Is Different

We don't do PPOs (other than Delta). That means better care for patients, better systems for doctors, and significantly higher earning potential. Our associates routinely earn more working fewer hours because the practice is built to support you, not burn you out.

If you value commitment, teamwork, integrity, and innovation, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Love Here
  • Non-corporate, privately owned, multi-doctor practice with a clear vision
  • Fun, collaborative doctors who genuinely like working together
  • Excellent hygienists who anesthetize and are central to our team approach
  • Highly trained EFDAs who restore fillings and manage most CEREC workflows
  • Heavy CEREC office with same-day crowns
  • CBCT, digital scanning, AI, IV sedation, digital photography, ClearCorrect
  • We'll teach you and support you with any technology you want to master
  • 30–50 new patients per doctor, per month
  • You never talk about money with patients. Ever.
  • Strong leadership, HR, business office, and in-house IT support so you can focus on dentistry
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with strong earning potential (historically $300K+)
  • 401k with up to 4% match
  • Health, life, vision, and dental insurance
  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays
  • CE, mentorship, and in-house training
  • Professional in-house marketing team that drives growth

We respect your clinical experience and want you focused on what you do best: taking great care of patients. Everything else is built around supporting you.

If this sounds like the kind of place you've been looking for, we'd love to talk. All inquiries are held in strict confidence.
