What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in growing our studio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through consultations, studio tours, and introductory stretch sessions
  • Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships
  • Meet and exceed membership sales goals through consultative selling
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Manage front desk operations, scheduling, client check ins, and administrative tasks
  • Support local marketing campaigns, networking events, and community partnerships
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit through membership
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
