  • Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.

  • Is a team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.
  • Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.
  • Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required. All our team is bilingual.
