Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our workers' compensation team. This person is a critical contributor within our work comp practice, working closely with paralegals to provide pre-litigation and litigation support. The best candidate will be attentive to details and strong in follow-up and organization.
The Legal Assistant's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist the lead Paralegal
  • Request and review medical records
  • Request and organize other case documentation

In addition to relevant experience that aligns with the core responsibilities of this role, we desire that the Legal Assistant meet the following qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and attentive to details
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Fluency in Spanish (not required, but beneficial)
