Ideal candidates will:

  6. Be producing at least 4 transactions per year
  7. Have a minimum of $1.25M in annual closed transaction volume
  8. Be motivated to increase average price point and overall production
  9. Be coachable, growth-minded, and open to proven systems
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a desire to build a sustainable business
