What is a Compass Concierge?

Compass Concierge is a real estate service offered by Compass that helps home sellers increase their property's value through home improvement services before listing. The program fronts the cost of services such as staging, painting, renovations, and more, with no upfront fees or interest. Sellers pay for these services only after their home sells or at the end of the listing agreement, making it easier to maximize sale price and attract buyers without immediate out-of-pocket expenses.

To thrive as a Compass Concierge, you need strong organizational abilities, knowledge of real estate processes, and experience in project coordination, often supported by a background in customer service or real estate. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are standout soft skills for this role. These competencies ensure seamless client experiences, efficient project execution, and high satisfaction in a fast-paced real estate environment.
