Job Details

  • Create a fun, rewarding experience to generate a highly motivating environment to increase the level of skill development and performance for every client
  • Conduct assessments
  • Emphasize functional daily living and social skills necessary for clients to become active members of their family and community
  • Work in client homes and in the community
  • Provide individualized treatment planning, case management, and ongoing support to clients and families
  • Maintain high standards of care


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's preferred in child development, social work, education, psychology, or a related field
  • Have at least one year of experience working with children/teens with special needs (Highly Preferred) OR have at least one year of experience working with children/teens
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
  • The position requires lifting, carrying, frequent walking, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and twisting to observe, assess, and interact with clients.
