Are you passionate about caring for others? Join our team in Indianapolis as a Caregiver/Companion and make a real difference in people's lives! This role involves providing non-medical support and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to live independently in their own homes. Our caregivers offer warm companionship, assist with daily activities, and ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for our clients.

Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, and oral hygiene. Helping clients with mobility, including transfers between bed and wheelchair or assisting with walking. Assisting clients with toileting and continence care. • Safety & Supervision
Ensure the safety of the client by providing supervision, especially for those with cognitive impairments. Youโ€™ll be a calming presence and help them navigate their daily routines smoothly.

  • Documentation
Maintain detailed records of daily tasks and any significant changes in the clientโ€™s health or behavior. You will regularly communicate with our team to ensure the best possible care is delivered.
