Job description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia. 

The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner contract position offers: 

  • Monday – Friday 7:30 - 4:30pm
  • Outpatient Clinic
  • No Nights, Weekend or Holidays
  • No On-Call  
  • Stable Patient Population
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401(k) and more…

Job Requirements:

The Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner position will have the following requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from an approved OB/GYN or women's health nurse practitioner program
  • Or master’s degree from an approved Family Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife program will be accepted with women’s health/gynecology experience
  • Perform and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures, including, but not limited to, cervical cytologic screening, microscopy, endometrial biopsies, colposcopy, Nexplanon insertion and intrauterine device (IUD) insertion.
  • National Certification through NCC, ANCC, AANP or AMCB
  • Any State License
  • Two years of experience in past three years
