• Conduct thorough evaluations and psychosocial assessments to understand the needs of seniors and their families.
• Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client outcomes through follow-ups and developed metrics as a proactive member of the care team.
• Deliver support and counseling sessions, aiming to empower families and improve the quality of life of their senior loved ones.
• Administer clinical evaluations in compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Build trust and rapport with clients, facilitating a conducive environment for therapy and assistance.

Your primary focus will be on seniors who often struggle with mental health issues, loneliness, and other age-related challenges. You will work closely with these individuals and their families to provide tailored interventions that promote emotional well-being and foster a sense of community. By understanding the specific risks and concerns facing elderly populations, you will create supportive pathways to navigate their unique life situations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential for this role.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Kansas is required.
• Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies, diagnosis, and treatment approaches relevant to senior mental health care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
• Highly developed organizational and planning abilities, capable of managing a diverse caseload smoothly.
• Adept in addressing age-related issues and developmental needs, demonstrating a depth of understanding in these areas.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical social work setting is preferred, particularly with senior clientele.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong asset, enhancing our ability to serve diverse populations.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
