This position allows for a flexible working arrangement as it is primarily remote, enabling you to engage directly with clients through online platforms, phone consultations, and virtual group sessions. • Engage with clients diagnosed with severe emotional difficulties and mental illnesses, providing therapeutic interventions both remotely and when necessary, in community settings.
• Connect and collaborate with team members to pursue shared outcomes effectively, participating actively in case discussions and support meetings.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings, ensuring that each client receives a thorough assessment, and refer them for more in-depth evaluations if necessary.
• Develop, implement, and continually assess integrated care plans that not only address immediate mental health needs but also connect clients with additional resources and services.
• Provide short-term, focused prevention and treatment programs that empower clients and facilitate their healing journeys.
• Assist in crisis interventions when immediate support is required, using de-escalation techniques and therapeutic communication strategies.
• Monitor client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders as outlined in compliance guidelines.
• Participate in agency committees to collaborate on improving service delivery and ensuring quality care.

This role primarily serves individuals in vulnerable populations, including those with low income, little access to services, or those living in rural areas around Olathe, Kansas. Our clientele may include individuals suffering from severe mental health issues, ranging from chronic anxiety and depression to more complex conditions requiring holistic approaches. The LCSW’s engagement with these clients is crucial in fostering resilience, guiding them through therapy, and enabling key life changes.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical, mental health, or social work setting.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and best practices in community mental health.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare setting.
• Exposure to teletherapy methods and the necessary technology tools to facilitate remote care.
• Experience in crisis intervention and problem-solving in high-stress environments.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
