Foundation Director | JGS Lifecare
$85,000 - $98,000/annually, based on experience
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, occasional weekend and/or evening based on events

Delivering Solutions that Matter
  • Lead annual fundraising strategy, including annual giving, donor stewardship, planned giving, and multi-channel campaigns to grow philanthropic support and donor retention.
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, identify major gift prospects, and strengthen donor relationships through personalized outreach and stewardship.
  • Direct fundraising operations by overseeing development systems, gift tracking, donor communications, reporting, and supervision of the Development Coordinator.
  • Plan and lead fundraising events, cultivation activities, and community engagement initiatives while building strategic partnerships with businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align development efforts, enhance donor experience across all giving levels, and support organizational fundraising goals.
Qualifications for Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or community relations.
  • Proven success in donor cultivation, fundraising campaigns, events, and donor stewardship.
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices, charitable giving, sponsorships, grants, and donor database management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with donor management systems preferred.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
