The Program Integrator supports Program Managers and leadership by tracking and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios. This role connects program management, contracts, and financeโ€”ensuring alignment across cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report program health, budgets, and resource allocations
- Analyze cost, schedule, and performance data across multiple programs
- Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and track key program documents (SOWs, PMPs, Risk Plans, etc.)
- Support spend plan management using tools such as CMIS, Plan-It and MS Excel
- Perform data analysis using pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts Qualifications:
- 12+ years of DoD/IC program, contract, or financial management experience
- Bachelorโ€™s in Business, Finance, or Technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III preferred
