Location: Redford, MI
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications

About Us:
Caring Hands Childcare & Preschool is a warm and welcoming center dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead our team, grow our enrollment, and create an exceptional learning environment for children and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and mentor teachers to maintain high-quality educational standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow enrollment and build community relationships.
  • Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for children, staff, and families.
  • Maintain accurate records, budgets, and schedules.
  • Handle parent inquiries, concerns, and enrollment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare management or a leadership role in an early childhood setting.
