We're looking for a Porter to join our team at Blossom Rock, a growing master-planned community in Apache Junction where beautiful amenities, outdoor recreation, and neighborhood gathering spaces create an exceptional resident experience.
In this role, you'll help preserve the community experience residents value every day by maintaining amenity spaces, supporting community events, assisting with light maintenance projects, and ensuring common areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming.

What You'll Do
Help Keep Blossom Rock Looking Its Best
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community amenities, parks, gathering spaces, and common areas
  • Patrol community spaces and pick up debris, trash, and recyclable materials
  • Clean amenity buildings, restrooms, windows, doors, and other community facilities
  • Help ensure community spaces remain welcoming, safe, and ready for resident use
Support Community Events & Activities
  • Prepare activity rooms and gathering spaces before and after meetings and events
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and furniture relocation
  • Reset umbrellas, banners, decorations, and amenity furnishings as needed
  • Support community programs and special events
Assist with Facilities & Maintenance Operations
  • Complete light maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and building improvements
  • Assist with routine facility inspections and identify maintenance concerns
  • Notify the Facilities Manager of conditions requiring repair or attention
  • Support supply inventory and ordering processes
Contribute to Community Operations
  • Assist Facilities, Engagement, and Operations team members as needed
  • Provide occasional Ambassador coverage and resident support
  • Support daily operational needs throughout the community
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, authentic relationships, meaningful connection, and balance

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in janitorial services, facilities support, maintenance, landscaping, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with basic tools, light maintenance, and repair tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of projects and assignments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Additional Requirements
  • This is a part-time onsite position based within the Blossom Rock community
  • Ability to lift and move at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods of time
  • Ability to safely use maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping equipment
  • Flexible availability based on community needs
