YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Program Manager serves as the strategic interface between our programmatic level customers and the organization, guiding complex programs across the full product life cycle with clarity and accountability. Leveraging a strong engineering or estimating background-enhanced by experience in preconstruction or general contracting-they provide informed leadership on scope, pricing, and design decisions. The role oversees program forecasting, customer relationship stewardship, and change order governance to ensure disciplined execution and long‑term customer confidence. Deep familiarity with the data center industry further enables the Program Manager to anticipate market dynamics and deliver solutions aligned with customer and industry demands.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for programmatic level customers, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and exceptional service throughout the program life cycle.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of pricing structures, design requirements, and project scope to support accurate planning and decision-making.

  • Manage a team of project specific managers, as applicable, based on size and scope of the customer. Serve as point of escalation for project-specific challenges as needed.

  • Manage multi-year forecast and track key account metrics

  • Review, evaluate, and process change orders, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a white glove service approach.

  • Manage and present program metrics during customer business reviews.

  • Partner with Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities within existing programs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Advanced ability to adapt to evolving customer priorities

  • Thorough understanding of MPS safety protocols and procedures

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Power BI and Oracle experience required.

  • Proficient in Accubid, P5, and/or Microsoft Projects

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • 8 years of experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

  • Mission Critical Experience required

  • Advanced experience in account management, preferably in industrialized construction role.

  • Ability to interpret technical documents, pricing models, and design specifications.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent.

TRAVEL:

  • 10 - 30%

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • General work environment - Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. May be sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending.

  • Noise level is usually low to medium; can be loud on a job site.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
