We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Director of Sales to join our team in the Edmonton Branch team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing long-term, strategic relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and inspiring sales excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Managing sales success is your primary focus, achieved by leading the sales team grow business in the mid-market, corporate and public sector in the Edmonton area
  • Lead prospecting/acquisition motion, fostering a team environment that understands the acquisition motion
  • Working with the Branch Manager and services leaders to align sales efforts with broader business priorities, client needs, and growth opportunities across the business
  • Managing the team, ensuring all individual sales reporting and weekly forecasting is complete and accurate in CRM
  • Developing and driving relationships with our top partners including
  • Working with our internal marketing team, external partner team, and our practice leads on lead generation activities, marketing programs, and events
  • Leading and participating in weekly account review and coaching sessions with the account managers reporting to you
  • Holding accountability for key relationships and networking activities
  • Conducting Quarterly development meetings with direct reports
  • Representing Long View to clients and partners at various meetings, presentations, seminars, conferences, and events
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within professional services or a related business environment.
  • Previous sales leadership experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of strategic partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, ServiceNow) and how to leverage partnerships to support business growth and client success
  • Proven success building strategic relationships that drive new business, market growth, and long-term client value
  •  Able to articulate value of AI assets to clients

Expected Salary Range $130,000 - $180,000 base salary + variable earnings (performance-based)
