About this team:
The Account Executive, Strategic Partnerships supports our Strategic Partnership team in growing and managing relationships with 3rd party partners of technological solutions. Magnite has a range of partnerships that are core to the development of continued success in the organization. Magnite invests in these relationships to drive thought leadership, differentiate, and satisfy current and future customers who rely on 3rd party technologies for successful advertising.
In this role you will:
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with 3rd party technology partners
  • Drive partnership success by aligning on joint go-to-market materials and coordinate technical requirements
  • Identify key areas for business growth and implement actionable development plans designed to meet and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Support internal teams to help foster partner growth and revenue by being a subject matter expert
  • Increase the awareness of Magnite offerings in partner companies
  • Create training materials for partner launches and coordinate internal trainings

We're looking for someone with:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training (4+ years of experience in AdTech)
  • Deep understanding of the Ad Tech Ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, OVPs, Exchanges, Networks, ad servers, etc.)
  • Proven ability to engage and partner with paid-media decision makers and their agencies
  • Excellent communicator-both written and verbal-who can partner cross-functionally and work effectively with colleagues, leaders, and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills and comfortable "speaking technology" in a group setting
  • The ability to convey complex technical requirements and ideas to both technical and commercially focused people internally and externally
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
  • Creative thinking that can identify potential strategic alignment across multiple partner offerings
  • The capacity to act as a self-starter that doesn't wait to be told what to do but sees the opportunity and initiates activity

In Colorado, the base salary range for this role is $73,000 - $83,000.
Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
