La Colonia Management estรก buscando un Community Outreach Specialist para ayudar a promover la conciencia pรบblica sobre los servicios de salud brindados a travรฉs de la coordinaciรณn de presentaciones y actividades de extensiรณn, la construcciรณn de asociaciones comunitarias y la coordinaciรณn de reuniones de recursos comunitarios.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

Las responsabilidades incluyen pero no se limitan a:

  • Asistir en el avance de las relaciones en la comunidad con el propรณsito de generar referencias, divulgaciรณn y educaciรณn sobre los servicios ofrecidos.
  • Coordinar y realizar presentaciones y eventos de inscripciรณn con grupos y agencias comunitarias, junto con eventos a nivel comunitario.
  • Responder a las solicitudes de informaciรณn de pacientes potenciales, actualizar y mantener registros diarios de llamadas.
  • Ingresar informaciรณn en el sistema de base de datos, monitorear y actualizar el estado de inscripciรณn de pacientes potenciales.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de los nuevos servicios que se ofrecen a los pacientes.
  • Asistir en el anรกlisis de datos de marketing para ayudar a dar forma a futuras estrategias de marketing.

CALIFICACIONES:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria o Certificado Equivalente.
  • Al menos seis meses de experiencia relacionada.
  • Sรณlidas habilidades informรกticas, incluyendo MS Office.
  • Excelente gestiรณn del tiempo y de proyectos con excepcional atenciรณn al detalle.

POSITION SUMMARY:

La Colonia Management is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to assist in promoting public awareness of the health services provided through coordination of presentations and outreach activities, building community partnerships and coordinating community resource meetings.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the advancement of relationships in the community for the purpose of generating referrals, outreach, education of services provided.
  • Coordinate and conduct presentations and enrollment events with community groups and agencies, along with community-wide events.
  • Respond to prospective patients requests for information, update and maintain daily call logs.
  • Enter information into the data base system, monitor and update prospective patient enrollment status.
  • Keep abreast of the new services that are offered to the patients.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Execute, plan and strategize marketing campaigns to promote patient enrollments.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach target audience through appropriate channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate.
  • At least six months experience of related experience.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent time and project management with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently with direction and as part of a larger team.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English/Spanish.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication to deliver a pleasant patient experience.
