One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Tri‑Valley

San Ramon / Danville, CA • 20–25 hrs/week • $32/hr. This is Part-time position.

We’re looking for an energetic, creative Community Marketing & Events Coordinator to help make One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning a familiar, trusted brand across the Tri‑Valley. If you love connecting with people, creating content, and being active in the community, this role is a great fit.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify, coordinate, and attend local fairs, festivals, school events, sports events, and community gatherings
  • Plan event activations, giveaways, sponsorships, and neighborhood marketing campaigns
  • Create short‑form video and social content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Capture content at events, jobsites, and with our technicians and team
  • Maintain a local content and event calendar
  • Track engagement, leads, and results from community marketing activities


What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing personality and confidence engaging with new people
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short‑form video trends
  • Creative, organized, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for community events
  • Experience in events, social media, field marketing, hospitality, promotions, or community engagement is preferred
  • No HVAC experience required


Schedule & Compensation

  • Part‑time: 20–25 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule based on events and campaigns
  • $32/hour, based on experience
  • Performance incentives available
  • Approved business mileage and expenses reimbursed
